You're most likely right.

 

Compare to slayer which has greater element damages and whose raw melee provides over 2k melee dps on super fast weapons. My item has less health, less element damage, and the poison only provides a maximum 1625 dps with poison, in exchange for more walk speed and skill points.

Alright, maybe the speed and agility make it a bit powerful, I'll cut back on those.
