His home, later found empty, contained nothing but an intricately crafted warhammer, with a simple note attached: 'I can only hope that I am not making a mistake.'

Description/Explanation: Not a real entry, nor will it be ever an item, but more a guideline. Looking through, these items are all just "throw as many IDs on at once". Think, people! Give your items a purpose, think of how they would be used and what sorts of builds they could slot into rather than just making them the most overpowered things ever. This is a contest for pete's sake!

The idea here is to utilize Courage while assuring yourself immortality with high health regen and a super slow life steal count. As it has no -defenses, that combined with its high defense points leans it heavily into earth/fire territory for great damage and survivability combined.
