Wave Raiser Farming

Does anyone know where you can farm the level 35 legendary wand Wave Raiser?

 

Any place that contains mobs around that level. If I recall correctly, in order for mobs to drop level 35 weapon then need to be between level 31 and 39!?
If I am wrong I'd like someone to correct me so I don't keep spreading fake news.
Which would be the best spot, I wouldn't know.
Your best bet is to probably skip grinding for now, you'll level up pretty quickly and the weapon will become underpowered soon.

I got a wave raiser from grinding in abandoned mines by terenaves

 

That area has loot chests and with nearby mobs at that level .. so look for it in those chests if you dont want to grind.
