Bans That Don't Say Permanent...

I have been banned from Wynncraft, aka my favorite server by far, and I don't get why. I thought it was a misunderstanding, so I waited, I thought maybe my account got hacked, no evidence... ect. So I changed my password so no one could possible do that again, and my nephew came to me and said "why'd you change the password" and I knew he did it. So then I tried doing a ban appeal, but I entered my username (WizardWarlordYT), and it said "There are currently no valid bans for this user. We only accept appeals for permanent bans." Can you please check something because I didn't use a hacked client, and I can assure you it wont happen again, the reason this is not in the ban appeals, is because of the "non perm ban" and its been like a year, so staff, please check something and consider unbanning me, i was just about to buy VIP+... PLEASE. And thank you.

Buying a rank won't make us accept your appeal and try creating the appeal with an old in-game name (You probably changed your name).
