8 +4 +1= 13 slashing. +6 radiant damage from improved divine smite.

 

He dies

Swordsman 4 attacks bandit 5.
To hit: 19+3=22
Damage: 4+3=7
The sword goes through his chest and dies.

Knaal walks into the building and shoots bandit 15.
To hit: 12+3=15
Damage: 8+3=11
He gets shot in his head and dies.

The berserkers move.

These should have touch me, I'm at 19 AC right now, I don't have my shield.

I moved, I set my reaction to hit back whoever attack me.

 

First one deals 5+1=6 damage.
Second one deals 4+1=5 damage.
Pretty sure these guys are out of walking range so you can't hit them.

 

Going to sleep so I'll post what I'll be doing now.

Spoiler: When its my turn

With my fly speed of 60 feet(i cast fly before battle) I fly in trough the window bthat bandit 7 was at and shoot a firebolt at the closest bandit
To hit 13+9=22
Damage 2+3+8=13

 

I cast Heroism on Hector. He gains 4 temporary hits points, and four more at the beginning of each turn.

7 was upstairs, but you can shoot him from outside though.

So what do I see on the second floor

 

There's a big grinder to put grain in, there's also one bandit left and a few dead ones.
At the end of the room is a ladder up.
