Pvp Campaign Section 2 Blue's Party

You have each, through some method or another, made a deal. You require something, and your need has been noticed. A god has offered each of you a chance for a wish. However, of course, this wish is not free. You must work for it. You must fight for it.

You find yourselves standing in complete darkness. Now, this is not normal darkness, you are not in a dark room. You are standing on an unseen floor made of inky blackness. All you can see all around you is this same darkness. Except for each other. Somehow, despite the darkness, you can see all the other figures in the room clearly.

You are all standing around a triangle. The triangle is the hollow and made of glowing white light. In the middle of the triangle floats an angelic creature. The celestial figure is a large angel with iron-gray feathers, a wizened yet young face, pale blue wizard robes, and a giant gavel. His hands also glow with arcane runes.

At each side of the triangle, each of you stand on circles of white light.

On one side of the triangle stands an elven woman with long brown and blue hair, purple eyes, studded armor, flowing robes, boots, a pendent, and has a crystal stud in one ear. To the woman’s right is a dwarf with an extremely bulky build. He has blue eyes, light skin, long ginger hair, and a goatee. He wears plate armor, a cloak made of metal, and a horned helmet. He has several axes on his body and wears an amulet. Finally, to the left of the elven woman is an ordinary-looking mountain dwarf in well crafted plate mail and holding a halberd with a lightning-powered glass tube in it. She looks small, and wears a plain soldier’s uniform.

On the next side of the triangle stands a tall, gray skinned Firbolg carrying a staff. To his right is an elf in a typical witch outfit. She has brown hair, silver eyes, and carries a broom. Finally, to the right of the Firbolg is a 6 foot tall half-orc. He has brown eyes and black hair and wears plate armor and a cloak and carries a lance, longsword, and bow.

On the final side of the triangle of a silver Dragonborn who stands crouched, using his hand to support some of his weight. Despite his crouching he is still very tall, and must be over 7 feet fully standing. To his left is a very charming pale man. He’s between 5 and 6 feet, human, ad wears lose chainmail. To the dragonborn’s right is a red-skinned tiefling. He is between 5 and 6 feet but his horns add an extra inch or so. He has no armor but dons a cloak.

The angelic being in the center of the triangle speaks up. No matter where you are standing in the triangle, the figure seems to be facing you. “My name is Anu Bei. I am a god of universal law and time. You have all been selected to be given the gift of immense power, but you may not all wield it. You must fight for it, to prove you are worthy. These are your teams. The rule is simple. The last ones standing may earn the reward. Now, begin!”

And with that, a flash of blinding light fills the darkness, and you all wake up.

You wake up on an island that appears to be in the middle of an ocean the wind blows calm and gently a boat bobs on a small dock a crab crawls across the beach. There seems to be a shack not to far from shore.

 

Aren't you supposed to be section 2 ?

 

I’ll fly up a bit out of reach of the other two and have a look around before I start talking.

Mistral: I’m going to assume that I’ll be working with you two for this... event. Now, who are you two, and what do you do?

“Drink, mostly.”
I say, depressed, as I grab some alcohol out of my Bag of Holding.

 

I check all my stuff.
Harad: "Hello."
I glace at the Firbolg and then let my gaze linger on the Elf.
Harad: "Do I... know you?"

 

Mistral: It seems that the three of us are working together for some kind of wish. The other guy introduced himself as a drunk, but never mentioned their name. Again, who are you, and what do you do?

...

And quit staring at me while you’re at it.

 

Harad: ... Nevermind. You aren't her...
Harad: But I believe, it is normal, for the one requesting introductions to be introduced first?

 

Mistral: Fair point. I go by Mistral, and I work as a kind of guard for the town that I stay in. And you?

 

Harad: Harad
I look at the one drinking and then shake my head. I start heading over to the shack, to see if it has anything useful.

The hsack is empty except, theres a map and the wall with a big dagger plunged onto one of the islands there a table and 3 chairs inside aswell besides that its conpltely empty.

 

Harad looks at the chairs and table, to see if he recognizes any of the craftsmanship, to find out where he is. Harad also looks at the dagger (designs?) and then pockets it. He picks up the map in his hands and starts reading it on the way to the boat.

 

The dagger it self is simple and dull nothing about it is particularly noticeable it has a leather grip and a rather short blade. the chairs are old and dusty and you can;t recognize he craftsmanship.

 

I start following you to the boat, alcohol in hand.

 

I guess I’ll fly over to see what the other two are up to.

 

I glance at the two and then point at the alcohol in the Firbolg's hand.
Harad: What type?

 

I look at the drink like I hadn’t checked before I started drinking.
“Ale, methinks.”

 

I nod my head and attempt to make sense of the map I'm holding.

 

“Shame, though,”
I continue talking.
“I shan’t drink for a while. Might interfere with this whole thing.”
