Yes
Not every legendaries are good at anytimes, nor every uniques are bad at anytimes.

Shawl of Gaea is one of the ditched legendary, because of the air def.

Before changing things, you should make clear what kind of build are you really making.
Since you are using Taurus + Some mana items, it seems like you've tried to make melee/spell hybrid build.
The 'hybrid' concept itself isn't bad, just wrong items are thrown on it.

Suppression is for spell-only build.(High negative mana steal and life steal is showing that.)

Taurus, maybe it would work well with that life steal weapon. But if you added it for damage, it is better removing it. (Your dps is lowered by it.)
CoI would work better for Dps, but I won't suggest you to use it since it is hybrid build.

Ignition. It is fine weapon anyway. But this build is earth/fire, not fire only build. So you'd better weapon with earth/fire damage, or earth powdered fire weapons.

i really like this one could i sub geia hewn for something else so i can refund it after killing her? (i bought hive spear but had second thoughts)

 

Mantlewalkers - You can get it from Hive(Fire)

Charcoal - Little bit weaker than Mantlewalkers on damage/stats/health, but no negative walk speed and there's regen!
