Assassin/Ninja Help No Mythics Air Assassin?

As the title says. I want it to be a bit tanky (decent health + would be good, if there is no negative def), deal decent damage and have decent mana regen.

 

So you want both Air element, and a tanky assassin? What's next? A Fire tank that deals 20k dmg for meteor summon?
