this has more damage as well as more hp
admittedly, it has less mana but that shouldnt be an issue. you'll have more than enough adding in your weapon anyway (unless you're using sitis but who uses sitis lol)

it's getting 12k bombs at a healthy 2 mana cost, as well as 12/4s mr. it has more than 1k hp over your standard water meta.

while there isn't anything unique in a sense, most of the items used are, for the most part, relatively unused in an average water build.

Nice off meta build except for the fact that the jewelry is pretty meta and you put in a third eye

because it's shit. you don't need 2 regen from a ring. it's nice, but also unbalanced and has -thunder defense, which sucks when trying to play end game content since cybel and others almost always use some amount of thunder damage. you can't use moon pool with memento or whitecap or most water weapons since it f-s up your thunder defs too badly to use without getting 1 shot 100% of cybel form 3 charges and 80% of cybel form 1 charges.

 

Yeah for water builds it's not ideal and you probably have enough mr already. But it's really handy for thunder builds (or builds with high thunder def)
