“The shackles are magic, and once again a symbol of my religion. The clock is not quite a symbol, but a personal item to me. It’s a shame that it is broken.”

Ti'Lin:"Would you mind if I take a look at it. I might be able to fix it, but I can't promise it."

 

Erevan: "Now, as I said, I may be able to divine if this bird is by nature a creature of evil. With your permission?"

 

Acko: “There is only one method in my knowledge that can fix this clock, and that method does not function while the clock is broken. A bit of irony, really. You may try, but I doubt it will do much.”

Sadly, I don't think that's how the spell works in 5E.

 

I know. I wanted to know if he was of a creature type that is usually inherently evil/good.

Also, can I retroactively prepare Zone of Truth? I didn't think of it at the moment I was preparing my spells, but it makes sense that I would have prepared it.
