Made this just now, still not very elegant having to powder Armor, but it works better (more Int and 1/4s more Mana Regen).

Edit: Or you can use this by @thot pocket , it's stronger but uses some more LI items.

Here's my Dope Review:

You were overall able to make a build with nice damages and 130 intel but you forgot about one thing: Mana Regen. Sure, you have 10/4s Mana Steal but what's that going to do with Super Fast Attack Speed? The more attack speed you have, the less likely Mana Steal / Life Steal will activate. Only having a max of 2/4 Mana Regen in this build really doesn't make the build viable for you cannot spam spells properly without running out and waiting for mana. Next time try to get at least 8/4 + Mana Regen with 129 intel so that the build can be somewhat spell spammy. You can try to make another build with Misconduct if you like but I'm not going to force you.

Also, I'm curious to why you chose Chain Lightning over Curse.
