Stuck On Underice Quest

I need to get a breathing helmet from Sayrr (NPC), but I'm trying to interact with him on his boat and nothing happens. I have 3 Pigman's Meat and 1 Milk bucket, and he also has the green particles and whatnot, but I'm rightclicking him and he's not doing anything.

 

Your doing the "Underice" quest right?
You do not go to Sayrr for the helmet. You have to complete "Underwater" quest to get the breathing helmet
You buy the Breathing Helmet 2 from the armor merchant in Nesaak

 

Thanks. I'm also having trouble finding the cave under the frozen lake in Nesaak. Where is that?

Rather, the entrance to that cave to advance to the next part of the Underice quest.

 

There should be a hut on the frozen lake near nessak. Right at https://map.wynncraft.com/#/171/64/-829/max/0/0.

Go inside the hut, make sure you have the breathing helmet II, then jump in, and you should reach the underground cave.
