Question Regarding Nether

So i’m planning on going across the WC map for wallpaper or art references to make into really shitty art (because i’m trash at art but still enjoy it), and i thought of going to the nether specifically for screenshots with no intent to actually fight.

So i was wondering if it is legal for someone to guard me while i take screenshots of the Nether, given i do not engage in combat.

 

no one plays in the nether so you're probably going to be alone there

 

1: Go to nether.
2: Do whatever you want, because people don't care about the nether anymore.

I figured that was the case but thought there is some underground group who still cares about it and i’d not want to lose a good scene and get killed.
