Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

It gets knocked back a bit from it, while the amalgamation suddenly forms back into a bipedal form, wielding a small, weird looking hammer and a megaphone-like weapon.

Maqo slips into the megaphone.

 

"I'm not even sure what it is." Gil says, looking confused.


Abigail goes distant for a moment, thinking.


"Where'd you hear that? You dragons kill people all the time!" A thug says.

 

Pozel clicks on it.


Alice keeps quiet.


“I could say the same about you.”

 

It seems to be not actually a megaphone, but a gun with a large barrel and a white crystal inside.

 

The image opens up into a menu showing it in larger size, a title "xKallie's Artwork" to the side along with related images, some of the same girl though others with different yet similar looking people.


Abigail gets up.

"Thanks for the tea." Abigail says, offering her empty cup.


"Don't talk to her." The cloaked man says.

Oddly, Ihra feels her head become a little more free, allowing her to look around.

 

Pozel clicks away, scrolling through the spiders.


Alice takes it.
“Glad to have you back in the land of the living.”


“Is Oliver an orphan?”

Maqo sticks a knife through the crystal, sending the other half of his body out.

 

Various spiders appear, some big, some small. They all look rather creepy.


Abigail offers Alice a hug.


"Yes, he works for us. Ah, here we are," The cloaked man says, taking out a rather large knife and putting it on the table, "Now where is the scalpel..."

 

This makes light seep out of the crystal from the cracks from the knife.
The hammer quickly comes down on Maqo’s body as he exits, though making impact and not just passing through.

 

Pozel clicks on one that looks particularly creepy, curious.


Alice accepts it.


“How long have you been hunting dragons? At that, how many other draconians have you harvested? I didn’t know my kin were here on Earth.”

He emerges from the ground looking hurt, but splits himself anyways before driving the knife in further with a sonic boom.

 

Both creatures shield their eyes as the crystal explodes, bathing the area in a burning, blinding light.

 

The spider's name appears beside it: "Black Widow", as well as associated pictures.


Abigail heads Alice's front door, leaving happily.


"You're a special one, haven't seen a humanoid dragon to be honest. Though, you're still a dragon. I know of many people that will pay top price for your parts." The cloaked man says as he looks through the drawers.

Ihra sees the knife the cloaked man took from the drawer begin to hover, before rapidly stabbing him in the chest. His blood spurts out before he clutches his chest, swiftly turning to look at Ihra before the knife runs straight through the back of his head, eyeballs hanging loose from their sockets as he collapses into a bloody mess in the floor.

"Boss-!" One of the thugs says before he starts to choke, his neck tightening as he's lifted off the ground, before his head explodes. The knife flies through the heart of another thug in the meantime, before the last thug is held up against the wall and chopped apart by it, the thug screaming as his limbs are swiftly chopped off. The only thing that silences the thug is when his head is removed.

The knife floats over to Ihra, angling itself over each cuff before breaking them, letting her free.

An earth guardian opens the door to the room, walking over to Ihra.

"Are you alright? They didn't hurt you, did they?" The earth guardian asks.

 

Pozel looks on for more details.


“Hey, could you let Aj know about the tea on your way back?”


“That wouldn’t matter. Did Aj send you?” She asks, getting up and summoning her staff in her hand.

Maqo tries to use gusts of wind to concentrate the light onto the two creatures, half of him vanishing into the ground.

 

There seems to be a link to it's encyclopedia page on the image.


"Sure thing." Abigail says, though heading in the direction of the skyrail.


"Who? I just saw those thugs assault you in the alley. It's good to use my powers again." The earth guardian says.

 

Pozel clicks it.


“Thanks. Come back anytime!”


“King of Shadows. Too damn overprotective. Says humans are all trash, but I can’t bring myself to believe that.”

 

An encyclopedia entry opens up about black widows, detailing information about them.


Abigail waves as she leaves, happy.


"I mean, they are. If I hadn't saved you, they would've chopped you up to sell. They've already hunted normal dragons to near extinction." The earth guardian says.

 

That doesn’t seem to work, the effect much alike a soundless flashbang going off over and over and over again.

 

"What are you doing, Sgavrinn. Weren't you tired?"
He tries to run infront of him.

 

He looks to see if they’re venomous, or dangerous in any way.


Alice closes the door, letting out a sigh of relief as she sits down again.


“Maybe I’m just gullible, but I don’t believe they’re all like that. Hell, you killed one that had second thoughts about everything without giving them a chance to redeem themselves. Evil can’t change if nobody lets it.”

He’s gliding, just as fast as you can run.
Slow down or turn off, he still might land on you.

The other half sticks its blade out of the ground below the creatures and tries to carve them up while they’re distracted.

 

He manages to get the feet of one, but they move out of the way quickly.
