Howlers hide is a drop from I special mob in Rymek to the get this mob to spawn you need to kill Kavan who is in a cave near rymak collect his drop and search other caves near rymek and eventually he will spawn out of the wall in 1 cave

I'll type here for future reference on how to obtain Howler Hide:

1. Enter the rymek cave at [1340;50;-1390]
2. Kill Kaven and collect its drop: Howler Bait
3. Enter the howler cave at [1155;50;-1460] (you'll need the howler bait)
4. Howler will spawn from a wall, kill him to collect Howler Hide.

Not sure tho
