Fate of the every rainbow weapons :/
Total damage is fine, just damage per each elements are hard to get over defenses..
or it become really op

 

could be less of a problem if they add a bit neutral damage
maybe making it slower and upping damage so dps is about the same but it can go through elemental defenses a bit more easily could also work
there are plenty of possible buffs that could make damage viable while not making the weapon too powerful

 

Ye unfortunately in Wynn you cannot really go for full tank builds making every build that still tries to be rather tanky to opt into some rainbow slap onto a damage build. The main issue on why tanks are not viable ist extreme regen in mobs. Honestly that shouldn't be a thing. You also cannot regenerate health in combat, so why should they be able to do so. Fixing that would make tanks viable, but not overpowered, since they would finally be able to kill stuff, but would take way longer than damage builds (and more time of battle=more time to make mistakes). Of course certain boss damage/HP values would have to be adjusted. Also healers (like in the jungle altar for troms quest) would be an option to make boss fights more diverse/keep regeneration on some bosses with a counterplay option provided.
