    The rules do specify that he may retract from the bid, if he can find a better Libra to buy in the place of mine.

    @Xynq I have mentioned nothing of still trying to have him pay for it. The rules of auctions do however state that I can ask for proof of this other item he has found. I'm sure they included such to prevent people from just making up that they have found a new item, so they can back out of a bid. Unless I am horribly misinterpreting the rules of auctions, then I am fully within my rights.

    Btw the "52le" bid (that is now deleted...) was a min inc, since Take retired all his bids that min inc should be on the previous bid of 36le, so its a 38le bid
