kek, you're not even going to like, sidestep or something? Just run? xD Ill just say you miraculously sidestepped and started to run away

You somehow sidestepped the really close ranged, full drawback arrow and start to run away. But maybe running away from a ranged opponent isn't exactly the best idea. You can hear the archer summon another arrow and shoot directly at you. What do you do?

I have to wait for the other two in Order SIRIUS to give a proper response but the shards you know are Shards Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. They are on the main post.

Stop, Drop, and Roll my way behind the nearest parked car, that's what.

 

That might actually work because this character's role alignment is "Purely Lawfully Good."

Looks like this Vigilante has been stumped for now. They probably don't want to risk shooting the car. However, they realize something and decide to just camp somewhere near the car with their bow drawn. They're waiting for you to come out.

 

I go and open the door to see what it’s all about.

 

Opening the door reveals a 13-year-old girl who is wearing a Yankees cap and a casual outfit. She was holding an envelope in one of her hands and . . . a violin case in the other? Anyway, the girl looks up to you and says, "From Dr. Lakrow," she pauses before continuing. "Don't ask me what it's about. I was told not to read it," the girl then sighs and then hands you the envelope. "She asks for a quick response. Good day Ms. Skilar," the girl then bows her head and then leaves down the hallway. What next?

 

Damn. This is giving me a bad feeling, but... I have an appointment to keep.

OOC: Is the list of shards in the OP the only shards that exist from tiers 1-3? Because that seems like a very limited list of powers.

I keep going towards my destination, but slowly are carefully.

 

They actually aren't the only shards from Tier 1 - 3. I guess you could say the other Tier 1 - 3 shards have to be "discovered" or gained through experience or learned??? Because the shards listed in the op take no skill to learn. If a lot of people request me to put in the other shards from Tier 1 - 3, I can.

You reach your destination with no other disturbances taking place. It appears that Dr. Lakrow had just gotten there as well for she was stepping out of her car which is a white Audi R8 Quattro. She's in a formal white coat with a Gucci Bag over her shoulder. She sees you and says,"Ah, Mr. Ludvig Buckholtz, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm sorry that we had to meet today instead of yesterday because of . . . matters." She then beckons at the car. "Get in the car, we have a lot to talk about."

 

"I have time, you know. Why are you even after me?"

 

The figure doesn't respond to that question and continues to sit there.

Niko (thoughts): Well, looks like that particular trick will be saved for later.

Niko then does a series of gestures, moving the sword around the barrier, then attempts to overwhelm Quantum with a near-constant flurry of attacks.

The figure gets annoyed, summons an explosive arrow, and shoots the car.

The archer ignores that comment but you can hear them sigh a little. They're getting annoyed.

I meant to strike through that first sentence

 

"ATTEMPTED MURDER IS A CRIME, YOU KNOW! TEN MINUTES TO TELL ME WHAT THE HELL YOUR DEAL IS!"

 

The figure finally says something, but softly. "Are you trying to be a hypocrite right now?"

 

I get in, somewhat suspicious.

"Were those your men, back there?"

I nod in the direction of the bank.

 

"Yeah, but I mean calling someone a murderous hypocrite while trying to murder them is a step above."

 

A long few seconds pass before the figure speaks again. "That would be called justice.........or avenging.............or letting the dead bury the dead, but I'm not one to murder." The archer speaks so softly, you barely hear them.

Dr. Lakrow gives you a questioning look showing that she has no idea of what you are talking about, but before she has time to respond, the bank explodes and you can see a whole gang of black-cloaked men run into the burning building.

I added some of the other shards but there's like 16 shards per tier and it's really hard for me to remember them all off the top of my head. Will say when I finish adding them all on.

 

OOC: Thanks for those. I was actually going to ask if there was a shard for magically tracking people (given my character's line of work and whatnot), but the Light Purple seems to cover that quite well.
