    Well, it is just an excuse for salted-worship, but it’s an excuse for salted-worship with lore!

    Basically after the corruption hit the people of Wynn needed something to believe in. So they turned to “The Great Cow” (or is it The Great Bovine? Idk, basically discount Salted) as a figure to believe in and worship. Hey, we could make a religion out of this!

    so basically in wynn's ultimate pursuit for emeralds during the 900 APs or something im pretty sure they had found this one spot and started mining it

    but one day they dug waaaaayyyyyyyy too deep and found something the villagers forgot to tell the government about. literally 90% of the villagers knew about it but they forgot to tell the government

    so after that they left and then went to a part in the mountains that was soon the small but large gate i talked 'bout in part 1

    they dug hella deep into that and you know what they found???

    ruins
    and dern
    and darkness
    and dern
    and ive seen said ruins with my own ey- SALTED U SAW NOTHING

    so then they collapsed that entrance so the darkness couldnt get out. basically a seal
