Health Regen Item Buff?

Is it just me or has the flat hp regen on a shit load of items been buffed. Can someone confirm?

 

Health Regen (raw) ID is now affected by Health Regen % ID, as a result, a lot of items with HPR IDs have been rebalanced

How does it work now? I cant find an explanation.

Is this possibly a huge buff to grandmother? :)

 

[100% + (hpr% ID)+ ] x raw hpr = your new hp regen

this is by no means a huge buff to grandmother, in fact it is sort of a nerf becoz the hpr will also increase the negative raw hpr, but it was balanced so that the actual amount does not differ from pre update, tho the lower raw makes it easier to counter

 

How much is base regen? Like without any armor pieces or accessories, etc. and how often does it regenerate?

 

I remember somebody saying somewhere that the flat regen takes five minutes to fully restore your health from 1 HP

 

Maybe I’ll test it when I get home

 

Warp was affected by this big time, it got nerfed unintentionally and is now worse than pure

Well, yes, that's the point, and a fair trade-off for a negative walk speed.

 

Gma builds pre update had pretty much same -ws and couldnt get high dmg without having -hp regen or being glass

 

Well great, so maybe people will now opt for more gma builds rather than spring/freedom/strati.

 

my gma build before the update have 12k health 14k bomb 7 mana and no negative regen and lel, you just discover the idea of good counter now thats all it exist long before this patch
