Need an assassin build that can solo LI as easily as possible.

Ability to spam spells is preferable, although melee builds are acceptable as long as they don’t have negative mr

No mythics or legendary island items whatsoever.

Might be the shit build since you said 'no legendary items'.
Use 'AoR' or 'Zawah Jed' for regen.

Still (not really) shit build.
You might say "3 mana regen is so ugly!!11!".
But my assassin have only 2 mana regen and soloed LI (without using pots.)
(Yes, mana steal is a thing, too.)
