25% base. People don't regard them as a main stat for whatever reason but they're better to use if not for the damage but for the special. The bonus dexterity doesn't do as much as the other stats on it.

I think I have seen nirvana go slightly over 12... and monster for a bit over 5... but only slightly and almost all sells I have seen are right on these ranges
