Liun:"I dont think she was and I'm not suprised that she left, I did shoot her when we firt met"

 

Val'tash: "I don't know, but..."
Val'tash: "I think you should go to Medina Village and see if you can find someone who can translate it."

Val'tash: "Ah."

 

Liun:"And what about you?"

 

Val'tash: "I would go out with you, but I can't risk being seen by civilians with this."
She gestures to her tentacle.

 

Liun:"Isn't there any way you can hide it?"

Also while im talking does this count as a short rest?

 

Yes, it does.

Val'tash: "I'm no illusionist."
Val'tash: "I could get some sort of sleeve, but I doubt that would work."
Val'tash: "That said, I'll probably come with you once you get the message translated."

 

Liun:"Or you could tie it around yourself and pretend you have lost an arm in battle. Would that work?"

 

The tentacle is too thick for that. It's bigger than her good arm.

 

Liun:"Well I dont have any ideas, so I'll just rest for a while"
I take the rest of the time of my short rest to examine the potion

 

Val'tash: "Once we're not going into cities, I can come with you."
Val'tash: "I am capable of casting a fair number of combat spells, which may be helpful."

The potion doesn't seem magical, but it seems to conduct static electricity well, as touching it shocks you slightly. It tastes sweet and pure, and seems to fill you with some sort of energy - energy that quickly fades.

Val'tash: "If you give me a few hours, I can prepare some healing spells."
Druids do get cure wounds, after all.
