My new max HP is 26-9=17 currently i'm on 17 hp

Harshnag is up. Since @Aarakocra reminded me negative conditions get cleared when hit point pools are depleted, he's no longer paralyzed

He dashes to Kyelas, once again his special feature letting him avoid opportunity attacks, and uses his bonus action to make a greataxe attack

He misses tho, because rolling a 4 totally hits

That would make it @Florfy5's turn

I use a bonus action to cast Hunter's Mark on the orc attacking me. I then swipe at it with my frost brand.

To hit: 17 + 6 = hit

Damage: 3 slashing + 3 DEX + 4 cold + 4 mark = 14 damage. I'll edit HP.

That's basically all I can do, so I end my turn.
