    just because something has a counter doesn't mean it is balanced...

    and +all defs without even adding powders
    and 40 def (1/3 incoming damage)
    and 94 intel
    and you can actually use it with a pretty bad blue mask no problem

    sad part is I have a blue mask and capricorn that're perfect for this, but no cata.

    actually thats what i originally wanted to do instead of memento but i decided that blue mask and capri would be a bit troublesome for those who used all of their money to buy a cata
