Ummm no.

Wynncraft, and MMOs in general, aren't really meant to be made into let's play. Grinding and MMO like quest design isn't something I'd consider enjoyable to watch. Exposure is good for Wynn sure, but I feel you would just be wasting your time with this. This game is for a specific type of person, so maybe you should still play the game but judge it for yourself.

 

Tutorials/quest guides/loot runs are generally helpful and liked by people, but a full blown play through is not the best idea. You should be wary about doing a Lets Play if: you're not committed , you don't have much experience with editing/pacing, or if you aren't a very interesting person. I think I would only watch a play through if it had a catch. For example, if a person did the game without any walkthroughs/tips at all or if they were a particularly interesting person. Overall it depends on what you want to do, and no one is going to stop you from making a Lets Play.

 

Feel free to try, but it'll be as slow as all hell

I won't watch it but tutorials really help the community and videos bring new players to the game

 

I personally love let's plays as long as the guy is interesting and mature (with a somewhag adult voice)
For example, Thesihrc's let's play was just awesome imo

 

yes but every time you need to grind to do a new quest, you should do it off camera
well some grinding in videos is tolerable but skip most CSST/Dcave/herbcave grinding

 

Why would you ask this people for opinion? If you want to do something, just do it. If you are going to play here and rise a character from lvl 1 to 100 and you feel like recording it go ahead. If you upload such sort of videos you would be helping people to know about the server and you would be at the same time creating a possible guide, and increasing the number of videos / potential views on your channel. There is not much to consider here.

Well it's been at least over a year since I've even touched the server (Until yesterday), and I wanted to hear other people's opinion on it if I should do it or not. Not gunna lie tho, some people are saying that it WILL take a long time & yes it will.

 

Walkthroughs of MMORPGs are a bad idea. However, you could always do quest tutorials, loot chest routes and trivia videos, why not!

Well to be fair, I have a lot of time on my hands & idk what else to upload, so having a ton of these kinds of videos are not that bad for my channel
