Also, I've edited Lilith's stats in the most mature way possible.

None. It stays there, and any creature that moves on it (including off the spikes) takes 2d4 piercing damage for every 5 feet it travels. However, a DC 14 perception check is needed to see the spikes since they're camouflaged.

 

Only if they don't see the area at the time that it's cast.

I just realized that by combining Spike Growth and Spirit Guardians, Florfy5 and I can do a "meat grinder" combo which slows enemies, makes them take damage continually, and forces them to take even more damage if they try to escape.

 

Eyes of pretty much any animal spot movement better than anything else.
