Assassin/Ninja Help Lvl 100 Thunder Build [no Mythics]

A good thunder build with hi-water defence, please nothing to hard to get (no mythics, I mean if I had a Cata I would use it, but no, I am poor and unlucky with my item drops :I).
It doesn't matter if it's skill sensitive but, try to keep the skills minimal.
Semi-tank would be good.

yeah it's actually pretty nice, too bad i had to slap on shimmer and vaward to use it. normally i would feel more reluctant to slap them on like that but now that i know that's what they're for ill just feel free to do that.

anyway, when shimmer nerf comes rolling out, the build shouldn't be too hurt by it.
