What Was Your Most Painful Moment In Mario Kart Online?

So earlier today, I was playing mario kart 8 deluxe and I was doing pretty good. So I was doing really good, getting around 1st - 4th each round and I was at 4797 vr so I was like "ohh yeah pshh I can just do one more game and then I'll get it and do something else. But then it happens. (oh you know whats gonna happen)
So first, I was playing a game and I was doing fine, just going in between second and third, and then rng happens and then all hell breaks loose and I get bombarded into 7th place, thus getting only one vr. So I was like "o r u srs wth man I was doin so well and then that happend wtffffff" Second, I was getting kinda annoyed, but I was pretty sure I could get 2 vr in the next game. Sure enough, next game I got even more annoyed by getting hit at like 10 meters till finish line, then some random banana sniper came along, then another random lightning bolt, and finally a red shell, sending me back into 12th getting negative 11 vr. So by that time I was just like fml do I srsrly have to do like 1 - 3 more matches? So then I did 1 more game, at the time I was at something like 4787 vr, and I finished in 5th and got 11 vr and I just rage quit.

One last thing, like the title says, what was your worst/most painful moment in mario kart online, or just offline trying to try hard and get 3 stars on each track?

 

That moment when you get hit by every item in the game

 

and then get hit by a banana sniper

 

Anything that my friends do to me in Mariokart is painful.
