Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

He heads out, and once outside, he leaps clean over the gates to halfway down the path to town.

He smiles, nuzzling you.

 

Pozel might've been able to leap clean over the gates had an invisible barrier not been there, knocking him back to the ground with quite some force.

 

I try to tear it apart, to see if something’s inside.

 

He points forward and warps through the barrier.

There's a small berry inside, long since dried out.

 

"Thank you, hope you'll like her. I should ask if I could invite you and Ragnyon over."

 

He nods, humming.

 

Pozel feels a force trying to drag him back, before he eventually breaks free, though he gains the attention of a lot of the guards.

 

He continues on his way, letting gravity carry his fall about straight down and looks at his wrist, confused before he lands and walks off like the fall was nothing.

 

The guards watch Pozel as he leaves, but don't do much else.

 

Curious, he tries to leap on top of the barrier.

 

"Anyways, I found out what this village was about. I explored for a little while longer, but didn't find anything of importance."

He looks at Sgavrinn. "That's about it."

 

He sighs, nodding and then yawning again.

 

"What about you? Anything interesting happened to you or your new owner?"

 

Pozel is rejected with even more force this time, a magic shock coming with it enough to knock him unconscious

 

He nods, starting to dig.

His eyes shut and his head goes limp, but more mechanical limbs unfold from him, keeping him from landing in a heap as the now-unconscious Pozel heads towards the city, a few extra mechanical rods propping his head up so it looks less awkward.

 

People who wouldn't normally give Pozel odd glances before certainly do now, some people even running away from him in fear.

 

After a while, most of the extra limbs and robotic bits retract again as he comes to, rubbing his head.
"Well... magic's certainly effective..." He mutters, continuing on towards town as if he's been conscious the whole time.

 

Pozel finds himself looking toward a fallen air guardian, their winds wrapped around their body in defense as they look at Pozel in terror.

 

He pauses, waving.
"Is everything okay?" He asks, concerned.

 

"W-What are you!?" The air guardian asks, terrified.
