Mage/Dark Wizard Help Rainbow Mage Build

Hello!

I am looking for a Rainbow Mage build

For those who don't know, Rainbow means all Elements.

In this case, I don't care about air tho.

Here are the Requirements:

- 9/4s Mana Regen
- 7k Meteor
- Positive Health Regen
- Better than -200 Life Steal
- 600 Melee Damage
- 8500 Health
- Only 1 Hive Item
- No Mythics
- No LI Items

I hope that is possible.

i used LI necklace, if you can't get it use royal stormy.

try getting a really good shimmersight, libra doesn't matter as long as damage and intelligence is high. vaward needs to be good overall, if your build has great items + LI necklace you can get 129 int which means 2 mana meteors.

11.4k average meteors with dex counted for, 10mr
you can try prowess/dfn if you want to go for 94/105 int
if you appreciate neutral damage then manablast might be swell

but thats their minimum meteor damage and its not far off from your minimum either

 

no 7.8k (a tad higher cus dex) is their average, my one's average without dex is 10.5k

their average meteor isnt far off from my minimum meteor is what you probably meant but thats kind of my point
