Wait. Did they remove relics? I didn't really use them, but was in Nesaak a while ago and found the Relic Bow. I'm level 91. Don't even know why I was in Nesaak tbh.

 

I used to go to all the T6 ones (to never get anything above a T4) and then stopped after it grew too teidious.

I always went to the fire T6 for the loot chest in the same area as the shrine. And if i had space i'd test my luck

 

i used the golems to grind in all my classes from lvl 5 to lvl 35-45 all armor relics visited, all weapon relics visited and most of the powders, Rest In Pepperonis.

 

The relic set was pretty OP for its level, I was grinding for the thunder and air sets last time I used relics.

 

Ah, yes, the Emerald Relic. That guy was useful during lower levels...

But actually IIRC I went to all the pre-Gavel relics, and I think got the whole set at one point.

Except for the weapons. The wand relic would never open for me, and I never tried to go to the others (except for the bow, which always resulted in my death)



(Pre-gavel I would always go to the green relic in nivla whenever I passed through, but would always put the red power on my weapons)

 

Ugh. Red powders were annoying sometimes. You'd be the only person around, have like 10 seconds left to complete a challenge, and you had to kill 2 mobs. 4 seconds left... 1 mob left... It's nearly dead... Fire steals your kill and it doesn't count towards kill counter. Damn. Now imma have to go grind a load more. See what I mean? This happened like three times.

 

remember when people actually cared about The Relic Shrines

 

Despite the 20 different times ive done it on 3 different accounts, I never read the dialogues because it had 15 lines

now I feel guilty

 

Elemental Relic armor is still available as chest loot though. I almost have a full collection of the elemental pants just from running around the Ice Islands and the Nesaak area for a few minutes. I don't know about the original balanced relic set though. Anyone know where good loot chests for the helms, chestplates, and boots would be?
