Cataclysm:

700 years ago, a storm of near infinite power was produced from the Nether Portal. It enveloped Wynn and the next month of it's existence brought the deaths of thousands. This event was the closest humanity ever came to extinction, with 87% of the current population being wiped out. An entity of unknown origins, producing immense light and power managed to condense the storm down to completely nothing.... it's power was contained in this three bladed oddity.

I stood there, paralyzed, a pair of nail clippers in front of me. It aroused my senses; its pugnant smell, its rusted, bumpy texture, its copper-like taste. Yet I couldn't get this thought out of my mind, the thought to use this vile junk. An ominous presense loomed the air, almost as though the item was commanding me to use it.

So I used it as a weapon.

 

Plague:
When the Great Plague of Gavel struck, Villagers died by the thousands. Eventually, deceased bodies were incinerated through the use of bows such as these.
Infidel:
To wield this heavy idol, one must abandon all physical strength and belief in one's ability. The runes describe a fickle god.
Manna:
This strange growth provides full satiation to all around it. However, attempting to use it for greedy purposes will cause it to become a den of maggots.
Judas:
In a bid to defeat Lero, a lesser-known rival constructed a similarly powerful wand in order to best him in combat. However, Lero cursed his adversary's weapon to betray the user at random.

Lion's Pelt:
This cloak was created from the remnants of 1000 slaughtered lions, who were killed with the intention to make a mantel with their hearts. It grants upon the bearer with the weight and strength of the creature.
Golden Scarab:
An insect native to Almuj is said to grant immense riches to those who catch it. This carapace was forged from hundreds of their stings.
Dune Storm:
These goggles were made in an attempt to recreate a dust devil. Wearing them will cause the holder to turn into one.
Dust Skaters:
In order to quickly travel the sandy landscape, Almuj residents wore smooth, flat planks with sails at the back. Inexplicably, this one is lined with Desert Spider fangs.

The deconstructed remains of an iron warship were turned into a piece of armor. The rivet holes offer ample space for augments.
Tophet:
These mysterious greaves seem to have five flows of water in it. One causes sorrow, one causes pain, one causes burning, one causes forgetfulness, and one causes hate.
Ossuary:
A mysterious chamber full of skeletons was unearthed in Ancient Nemract. This crown was found on what appeared to be a king.

This charm offers vampiric abilities, but at the cost of one's very soul. Exorcisms commonly are needed for those who wear it.
Prognosticum:
Strangely enough, the runes engraved in this armband all seem to predict some catastrophic event...

Strike quickly at your foes, and dodge their hefty blows. Who needs the strength of mind when you are of a centipede's kind?

A single sentence is written in this mysterious bracelet. "Fortune favors the bold."

Scytodidae:
Very few spiders are capable of attacking at range. However, the ones that can tend to do so through poisonous spit.
Nest:
This log is home to many friendly spiders. Striking a foe with it causes the spiders to attack them.
Ghoul:
To become immortal, but at the cost of others... is it worth it?
Salticidae:
Mysteriously, all who pick up this blade are capable of leaping over the highest trees.

Nightmare:
This fearsome spear causes the victims of its strike to fall into a perpetual nightmare. Their life force is consumed by the wielder.
Destructor:
To ensure accuracy, some crossbows force the users to grow roots and stay immobile in the earth.
Wall Breaker:
A prominent Gavelian politician proclaimed that the greatness of Gavel must be restored and a wall should be built against the Humans. This glove tore a hole in it with one swipe.
Demonio:
This blade is forged with the scraps of... teeth?

The user is partly sent to the realm of the dead whilst wearing this. Though movement over harsh terrain becomes easier, the wearer can barely recall the path they are going or even their own names.
Bane:
A terrible, all-consuming hatred is induced in those who wear these leggings.
Sorrow:
Though a formidable magical enhancer, this robe of a deceased priest will cause the wearer to occasionally burst into tears.

Discharge:
A tinkerer attempted to study the Anti-Static's mechanism and ended up creating a device capable of empowering discharge.

Harnessing sound seemed like an awful idea, and yet...
Heat Sink:
In order to prevent mechs from overheating, these copper heat-releasing cages were produced.

Powders normally mix together when augmented onto a weapon, but this stave carefully separates them by order introduced.
Packet:
To attempt to defeat the mech invasion, a bow capable of injecting packets of paradoxical data was created. For some reason, it works on organic creatures just as well.
Wick:
In an effort to test Anti-Static's durability, this rod was created for the sole purpose of creating unnecessary discharge.
Sawtooth:
A standardized tool size allowed for the mass-production of robotic parts. The alloy of the blade can cut through any material.

Interesting(you don't have Achilles in the Corrupted Crypt armor, but I'm guessing you saw my post). Also, a few more that I found:

Skyfall
The Wind Fortress fell at the spot where this large, yet quick scythe was forged, which rose from the remains. Wind overpowers all other nature around it.

Wrath
A druid, who had his lands ravaged, harnessed all of his anger and rage into this one stick. It was considered the end of druidism in Gavel.

Firestorm Bellows
A rare firestorm struck Gavel many years ago, and a valuable relic was incinerated by the storm. But in reality it stole the power of the blowing fire.

Impulse
These have been known as a relic of insanity. The wearers constantly slug incredibly powerful punches, but oddly they can’t stop, leading to their demise.
