Specific Elements (isn't necessary if you only want a certain playstyle but don't care about elements): Air with a good secondary weapon
Level (range or exact, your choice): around 90-100, make a level 80ish version if you can plox
Budget: Very low, no mythics and can you use the uth spear Zephrah Shredder?
PvE, PvP, PvB?: anything but PvP

dont need more than 2 t6 water on armor because it doesnt stack

think it should work with judas, change diamond static ring to finesse or detective's ring if you cant get a good hamsey & paradox
