Warrior/Knight Help Zephra Shredder (new Air Spear) Build

I tried to use not that much LI (only have to run it 3 times, but you can use diamond hydro if you want)
I tried to make it a walkspeed/mana regen/idk build.
Please give feedback and make it better without using 10 thousand hive items or full diamond LI set ;-;
EDIT: I'm also planning on using Tidebinder for a secondary as well as the Tisuan or whatever spear.

This is a build that i got from Slyam and he says he got it from Gigavern but i don't know so idk who to credit

Good MR, 130% WS, good defs and pretty much as good dmg youre gonna get from Zephra

Im not totally sure you can use tide as a secondary, but you can use tisuan tho
