Leveling

So recently I visited the horse town of Wynn, and realized that it was a level 30 town. I understand that most of the quests in leveled towns are for people of those levels and above. I joined yesterday and am a level 16 [Edit] now 19, but I want to take on a level 29 quest. I was wondering, what is the quickest and easiest way to level? I'm currently just playing solo in the Decrepit Sewers dungeon and hunting monsters on the plains. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick answer! ^^ I'm not sure where the Decrepit Sewers dungeon is bc I lost it, so I'll just wander around looking or ask for help. Thanks!

 

u can use the map if u ever get lost

 

The Decrepit Sewers dungeon is here (the angle of the map is bad xD), you should be able to find your name at your current position (unless the map is broken, which happens every now and then) and it updates every few seconds.
