    They are not a glitched or bugged item, neither owns any special valuable characteristic to them, so pumpkin helmet that can't be dropped anymore is bannable to trade? Dont think so

    They are, since they're not supposed to exist in that form. Just like Fierte, Montefiore and other items which are from the old system, you're allowed to keep them as a souvenir from the old times, but selling or trading them in any way will result in a ban.
