Okay I can't view the battlemap so there's 2 things I can do.
If I'm in range to attack Knaal attacks the dude with his axe.
To hit: Nat 20
Damage:3+3+3+3+1=13

If he's not in range Knaal shoots the dude.
To hit:11+5=16
Damage: 5+3=8

 

Unfortunately, you've activated Aakkalak's trap card.
Aakkalak: "-ning Hands!"
Aakkalak's staff is leveled at you, and a cone of flame shoots out of it. Make a Dexterity saving throw.

Also, one alcove is flooded with fire, burning all of the rats inside.

...Notice I said "most". The thing about burning hands is that you still take damage on a successful save.
Damage Roll: 6 + 6 + 6 / 2 = 9 fire damage. Yes, I did legitimately roll maximum damage for the attack.

As the torrent of flame strikes Knaal, he crumples to the ground with severe burn wounds.

I'll go in front of Saelui and hold my action for when Aakkalak comes in visual range
and i cant do anything with my bonus action so i'll end it there

 

When you ready an action, you need to actually decide what you're going to do. For example, saying that you'll attack him with your sword or cast goodberry.

 

Oh then I'll shoot him with sharpshooter when he comes in visual range

Aakkalak runs back. His staff glows, and he gestures it out at Val'tash and Knaal.
Aakkalak: "Magic Missile!"
Three bright blue bolts of energy fly from his staff. One hits Knaal, giving him a failed death save, while the other two blast Val'tash.
Damage Roll 1: 1 + 1 = 2
Damage Roll 2: 2 + 1 = 3

Total: Val'tash takes 5 force damage.
Val'tash: "Ngh!"

Look at the map. Passing through another creature's space (even an ally) is difficult terrain, and you can't reach Knaal without Dashing (which uses your action).
