Any Class Avos Air Build Plaza

Class: Assassin
Playstyle (which feeds into Elements): High Spell Damage + Mana Spam, something that can probably solo LI. But I really want high spell dmg and highly spammable spells. If you cannot make a build for my assassin that can solo LI/Qira. Then make the build very glassy with a minimum of 7k hp but with insane dmg without mythics.
Specific Elements (isn't necessary if you only want a certain playstyle but don't care about elements): None Really
Level (range or exact, your choice): 100
Budget: I'm poor af but I have a lot of legends to work with, just... no mythics or LI items. I can only have 1 run of Qira worth of items as well.
PvE, PvP, PvB?: PvB

probably the best u can get with no mythics (u need high ws to not die in 2 seconds)

set bonus that isnt included in BUILDer, pretend it has that many more stats on the build

also i just got a warchief and i want to use it, if you could put it in the build would be great

ok so the problem is there arent many good earth melee nonmythic weapons

I just don't normally reply here since @LarzLapiz or @Gigavern is gonna just post a near identical build using completely different items or flat out +1 me. I'd say your were not really great. If you want to solo LI you really reallly reaaaaallllllyyyyyyy neeeeed thunder defenses and fire defenses or cybel will f- you up. No classes are truly safe from a cybel form [5] charge. The knight build would get 3-4 shotted by cybel charges, and prolly 8-10 shot from cybel hits + mini bot taps. Overall it'd be good for other late game stuff, but not soloing LI. More defs needed for a guaranteed solo IMO. Same for the assassin build, but worse. All the defenses are trash except water and sub 10k avg spins for a glass cannon build. Not good. Also triple hive water vouchers and 2 diamond LI for a build intended to Solo LI (which normally don't have the LI items to do so). Really not a good idea to offer builds with items the players are trying to get. The assassin request dude even said "no mythics or LI items" so you didn't even read that. I'm not trying to pick a fight, but you certainly weren't helping anyone with those builds. Good 'ideas' but not with the player's requests.

 

I solo to LI with this build, because I did it for my friend too, now if it does not have skill in using it the problem is of the user. I've seen so many builds with def + - (you mentioned) that alone the LI

 

Lemme state this again, this is for someone that has no experience with LI. User friendly is key. Giving players that padding is really important.

 

in this case would use a substitute item or do with a friend to get the items, the key of the OP build is how much you are willing to get it

 

You don't seem to understand.
Once more I'll clarify:
Your build is not OP. Your build was able to solo LI

meaning you were not "soloing LI". If I solo'd Li with my friends I'd use any build I wanted with enough mana regen to just float above the boss with my archer, but that's not what you're being asked for. You're being asked for a build that can fully solo LI ie. No One Else Is There To Help Full Stop.

 

if Li solo is not OP then I think I can not solo the ragni sewage dungeon
