Assassin/Ninja Help Inferno Build

Title says it all, was thinking about an inferno melee build.

I've never seen the dagger really mentioned before, so just wanted to see what people come up with.

Yes, a good build, but try with hetusol

 

that fucks the defenses and also means you have to be lvl 101 to use it

 

but even if by the other chestplate the defense the other% defenses will be low because of the helmet, then will give in the same, could use powder to improve it. and it does not have to be lvl 101, look again at wynndata

 

1. the only defense that matters in the end is the raw value. wynndata already calculates it all, so you can see that mine has no negative defenses.

2. wynndata uses the amount of SP you have at lvl 101, and 0 SP is left after making the build

 

even with earth and a little negative thunder would not make a difference because he would have more hp and damage reduced by the points, this is not a problem. And what's the problem of having to be 101? this is rpg, upar is part. but okay, who will use the build is not me

 

Is inferno really that good? Cause I rarely see people mention it.

 

it has an hp boost, as well as the 2nd highest damage value of all daggers
that combination should not exist
and not only is its damage high, but it can be used with courage as well

and even after that, fire damage is one of the easiest to boost

No it's not. You can't even get 7k avg spins with a spell build? -1 Tanky/Spell doesn't automatically mean trash damage.

Y would you waste your time trying to use Hetusol for 3/4 mr when chef hamsey does it better. Max 16 SPs and 3/4 mr for trash defs and some hp regen? The other equipment already has tons of hp regen, no need for more of it.

lemme break down why you are wrong @zNatsuBrinquedo :
1. You are making the build for someone else. You can't just say "I'm not going to use the build, so it doesn't matter to me" because that doesn't change the fact that the build doesn't work.
2. Wynndata calculates EVERYTHING. The defenses you see are the best possible ones you could get in game. You couldn't make the defenses all positive even with powders because you only get 10 slots. Assuming only TVI powders are used on armor, you'd use 4 slots fixing the earth defenses, leaving you with 6 left. By applying earth powders the air defs go into the negative so you'd need to use 2 more slots on air powders; there are 4 left. Now you'd need 6 powders to fix the thunder defenses, which you don't have enough to, and you'd push the earth defenses further into the negative. So, no you cannot recover the defenses of this build with powders as you'd still have a net loss of defenses since thunder takes away from the earth powder's bonus.
3. Chances of getting a build with all the required SPs when wynndata has 0 skill points remaining are astronomically low and virtually unobtainable. In theory yes, empirically no.

First off just , looking at some of these builds, I feel like people only see Wynndata stats and don't actually factor in how feasable things are in game. It's a decent build on paper, but just note that you only have 80 intel, wiht 8/4 MR. On paper, 8/4 isnt bad, but when you actauly go in game, you realize you start to run out of mana pretty fast with those spell costs.

and as for powdering to fix defenses, some people do it, I personally don't in most cases, cause then it kinda ruins that armor piece in case I want to use it in another build (and T6 powders are expensive AF to work with)

And i'm actually really curious about why people go spell builds in inferno since the dagger itself seems to be heavily leaning on the melee side, with its natural melee stats. Granted 8-9k spins are good, but it feels like you're letting half of the stats on the weapon go to waste.

EDIT: Not that I'm actually looked more at the stats on my inferno, it has pretty crappy melee dmg, but 29% fire damage, so im guessing mine would be more suited towards a spell-based build?
