Guild Constitution [ No Reqs ][ Jobs ][ Training ]

About US
We are a new guild to the scene that has a different train of thought. We represent capitalism in this hell of a world. By joining, you will have job opportunities - By claiming land for us, you will be paid.

Requirements
The only thing we require of any member is skill. No level, no money. New recruits will be put to the test to see how they survive against much stronger mobs, and if they are valiant and powerful - will be accepted. If they fail the test, they will be given a week to get better - which they could request assistance in how to do so (Training) - and will be tested a second time. If they pass this one, they will get the captain rank.

Expectations
You are expected to fight for the guild. All accepted recruits are immediately given captain, and are to fight at least 1 war a month - if they are lv65+. You are also to pay a monthly fee (Which varies) to help pay other members. If any member expects more from the guild, they may write a petition which will be reviewed by all members.

Basic Rules
1. Keep the respect high, but the jokes higher.
2. Pay your taxes, but make sure its reasonable.
3. Win wars or die trying.

Payment
You will be paid based on how hard you work - not how much you offer. If a level 50 kills 300 mobs in a war and then dies - they will be paid more than a level 100 solo'ing a war. However, the usefulness of the land you got is a variable.

They arent slaves if they have choice and are being paid fairly.

All of my members have permissions to start wars whenever they want, wherever they want, etc. so long as they contribute in some way.

ye, for doing guild wars. Depends on what you get tho, people defend Kandon Beda, for example, much harder than they defend ragni

well i already own a war guild, so i don't feel like leaving, but i may let my alt take care of it while i come here to get some moneys ;3. but first yp how much do u pay, i don't want to be paid like 32 eb each war

Player 1 wins 5 territories and gets 1 LE

All the players pay 1/5th of an LE, so he gets 4/5's of an LE after distribution

It varies on how much we get form the territory. I could pay up to an LE if its Kandon Beda, or 2 EB for ragni

Okay so say i join this guild and i attack and conquer say cinfras. How much would i get

 

If we keep it for more than an hour or 2, I'd pay you 40 EB + 8 per battle, all the members except for me are low level (Fresh out of ragni) except for me, so Im paying. If we lose it immediately, just 35 EB or so. Im not very rich tho, but im putting all my savings into the guild

 

Which territories are more valuable?

 

Grinding Spots (FH) are in the middle, while places with high xp quests (Ahmsord, Kandon Beda) are by far the most. No body really cares about Emerald Trail
