Archer/Hunter Help I Need Help With A Archer Water Build

for something actually viable have a look at this generic piece of shit
a long long time ago i used this but hydro shit got nerfed recently and it goes way over the top with the mana so might need some work.

also, I think

is still an improvement over your build IF (big if there), you use finesse instead of 2xDiamond hydro. That way you get better sps and damage. the whole 16 mr thing is a little overkill IMO.
