So, a bit slow of me to respond, but going for PvE/PvB with melee.

 

is using non-master hive items allowed? (ex. breezehands or Dupliblaze)

Playstyle - Inferno Build - Preferably melee but if you think that spell is more optimal then that's ok!
Specific Elements - Fire
Level - 100
Budget - Infinite, use as many hive items as you want, any LI items and any mythics.

so you want a hybrid build? itll take a fairly long time to kill the bosses but it should work fine

tidebinder as secondary, at level 100 you will have enough sp to get 80 intel for Tidebinder (reason it shows 66 because apoc has -14 intel. your -int on your apoc shouldnt matter because you are switching weapons. theres enough sp dont worry)
also remember to bring a horse cause u r very slow

Archer
All-rounder Stratiformis Build - Preferably on the tankier side, good mana and decent damage (pls +hp regen)
Air and water (mainly air due to strati)
Level 101
Unlimited Budget, use as many hive and LI items as you want.
PvE & PvB

looking to actually stand a chance in boss fights whilst dealing decent damage and racecar around the whole map.
probably a bit much to ask for, but i want to see what you guys can come up with and what variations are possible too.

also we only use 1 hive item per build here ( 2 hive items of the same division wasnt meant to be a feature in the game; unintended)

that build is just a super tanky build with low intel and mana regen. itll live for a very long time but it cant kill bosses that quickly either
i think both builds can solo LI but this guardian build might have trouble with cybel

replace legs with vaward if u dont want that

should be fairly cheap if you find the dark chan & memento urself or buy decent ones
