Erevan: "I have your wand, but your weapons are still upstairs, on top of a bookshelf or something like that. I wasn't expecting a 9 foot tall devil to show up..."

Kyelas: "Oh... Uh... You... You can fight unarmed, right..?"

 

My alerts broke, and I didn't see this until now.

Erevan: "That's good. I'll deal with that shortly."

Erevan: "Personally, I believe that the Forgotten Tower may prove interesting (*OOC: Totally not hoping that something cool will happen if both of our campaigns go there at the same time or anything like that...*), but it is quite far from here..."

Kyelas: "I think there may be a fire, and that the professor is... Well, that you got your wish, Caligo. Damn you, Lilith..."

OOC Lute: *looks up from a book titled, "how to cast wish"* "You need some help there? I mean, it's not like I'M fond of Lilith..."

 

I kind of wanted Caligo to get his weapons back, but I also wanted to finish with the professor and run y’all out of town on murderhobo and arson charges

 

OOC Kyelas: "Wow, thanks for trying to make us seem like Aarakocra's party! Also, I'm now not sure if I should carry out my plan to sabotage Lute research on the wish spell..."

Lute's "Wishlist":
- Become the DM
- No more Lilith (OOC Lute: "I'm not a f**king yandere, stop it, Kyelas!")
- Make Kyelas want to [you know what this is] daily
- Gain a permanent supply of permanent-duration Philters of Love she can use to manipulate people
- Suffer no negative effects from casting wish and negate all chances of not being able to cast wish again

Erevan: "Are you going to actually check? You have no proof that they're unretrievable."

OOC Erevan: "Also, a certain DM keeps forgetting to give us gold (I'm several hundred gp behind my expected wealth-by-level), so I'm not sure I can even pay for that."

 

“True, but I’m almost certain most of our group wants to move on, and the last thing I want to be is alone in this town after nearly dying.”

 

Erevan: "Eugh... fine."

I found a DM stat block on Pinterest. I think CR 30.

 

For instance, the Attic took us more than an IRL month, and gave us exactly 0 gp for our troubles. In general, none of our quests have given us very significant rewards.

 

I feel like having the party do mercenary/bounty work would increase our wealth especially since our party is pretty dangerous.
