I Can't Use Scrolls Anymore? Help?

    when I try it says: you can't teleport while in a storyline...

    Info that might help someone
    The only quest active is tower of amnesia
    The scroll I'm using is the Olux one,
    I'm level 53

    So could anyone please help me out here?
