well now that i think about it
its quite sp tight
around 85 sp bm and a 16 sp prism and a 7 sp momentum

if you think this is too much, replace the gold hydro ring with a silver one and you only need a

80 sp bm, 16 sp prism and a 8 sp momentum


if u also think this is too much, then replace the silver hydro ring with a facile and

80 sp bm, 10 sp facile, 15 sp prism, and a 2 sp momentum


you can take away 1 sp and add it to another item [for all builds] (ex. 75 sp bm and 7 sp momentum)
