Another Dungeons & Dragons Campaign (6/6 Players)

Liun:''huh looks like they just dont like us then, so will you help us take care of the murderer?''

 

Val'tash: "Yes. Shall we go now?"

 

Liun:''I think we should rest we are mostly all tired and hurt''

 

Val'tash: "Follow me."
She gestures forward with her staff, towards a tunnel leading farther forward.

 

Liun to the group:''Somebody wake up Luneth I think we should follow her'' I slowly start walking in that direction

 

You follow Val'tash. The rats run away, and Saelui goes with you two. Val'tash gestures to some notches in the walls, and the rats have gone inside one of them.
Val'tash: "Be careful. The rats live in these."

 

Liun:''I'll try not to step on them'' I go to one that doesn't have rats in it

 

How are you checking which ones have rats in them?

Knaal: "We need to continue."

Three of the notches (see the map) have rats in them. In the last one is what appears to be a scrap of paper.

Luneth follows you.

You follow Val'tash. There are four notches in the walls, and Liun is looking in them.

 

I go to the one that has the paper in it and pick it up

 

You pull out the paper. On it are faint runes that you can't read, and a tarnished gold coin is under it.
Val'tash: "What's that?"

 

Liun:''A piece of paper with runes, you know what it is?

 

Val'tash: "May I see it?"

 

Liun:''Sure'' I give her the paper and pick up the coin

 

She reads the paper.
Val'tash: "This appears to be a spell scroll of a spell known as magic missile."

 

Liun:''Well I'm not that good at magic I probably wouldn't have a use for it''

 

After taking a few good looks at the situation, Niryes' hostility vanishes far too quickly to be natural.
I grab whatever I had lying around and follow the group.

 

You follow the group. There are four notches in the walls, and Liun and Val'tash are looking at a piece of paper.
