probably unrelated, google is detecting 'vessel' as a word in the jumbled mess. This is likely an actual cipher.

So I put the p+ thing into Matlab as a joke to try and decode it with stuff and putting it through the uint8() command for 8-bit unsigned interger arrays popped out this:

as a table. I figured maybe this could be divided by the sides/skins of the potato to give something that could be converted back into letters (those that aren't divisible might be skipped). As for the skins/sides of the potato I figured you'd just start with 2 and go up to 6 and see if you'd get anything.

Also I have no idea what I'm doing and there's a 0.01% chance I'm on to anything with my complete lack of decoding skills.

 

I looked on the moon and couldn't find any potatoes there but at the sky islands at least 2 of the potatoes were facing Ragni north entrance

 

Maybe it's on the sun, wait until day then look again

I'm gonna toss out this random idea:

I'm still pretty clueless when it comes to the potatoes but what if the answer is where the potatoes are located? Their coords, biome, city, etc?

 

What about ToA , or in austrolus' tower

What about the corkus cloud? That's still a thing right? Or the telescope in corkus. I'm pretty sure there's a telescope behind the gert camp too maybe you can check that.

thats exactly what we are trying to do considering that we already tracked a lot of potatoes
