Loot Exclusive Items

So, this has bothered me for quite some time, i've noticed that mythic boots are quite common for me *COUGH* found 2 within 1 month *COUGH*, and i thought this was just a chance but apparently i did my research and loot exclusive items has a higher chance to be obtained than non loot exclusive ones *COUGH* warchief *COUGH*, anyways so i was wondering, how much is the rarity amplified when the item is loot exclusive? Like, what is the rarity gap of a mythic weapon from mythic armors? 13%+? 12%? WAT, WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT, I NEED ANSWEEEEEEEEEEERS,

and also, that means discoverer is a common mythic like any other mythic boots right?

 

I’ve heard loot specific items are more common in loot chests than non specific items I believe

Must be a lot, considering every 96-100 legendary dagger I find when I lootrun Dernel Jungle and Corkus is Sitis and never Black! And I run on Archer!
