    It is a general rule, but we've not yet written it down, because it falls under common sense. We don't want bump wars - if an item is going to get interest, it will, on it's own, maybe immediately, maybe in a while.

    If it was per person, and you had 12 people in a shop, that would be 24 bumps per day, or about 1 bump per hour. [Fixed. Thanks.]
    If it's per thread, then you have 2 bumps per day.
    We don't want bump wars, so it's per thread. And making multiple single threads to sell items won't work, either. They'll most likely get reported as spam, and closed.
